After you arrive at the airport or railway station, our representative will pick you up and drop you to your hotel. After taking some rest and relishing some delicacies, we leave for an exciting session of sightseeing. We will first begin with a visit to ‘Maharaja Ranjit Singh Museum.’ The summer palace of Maharaja Ranjit Singh, you can also check out the lovely ‘Ram Bagh Garden’ surrounding it. This museum houses several arms, armours, paintings, manuscripts and ancient coins. Post lunch we will visit the famous ‘JallianwalaBagh’ which has a great historical significance. Well-known for one of the most heart-shattering events in history, the ‘JallianwalaBaghMassacare,’ this garden is a memorial to those Indians who were massacred on 13th April, 1919 by General Dyer by means of an open fire. Stroll along the streets of Punjab after this. We head back to hotel room.

Today we visit the iconic ‘Golden Temple,’ in the morning. Also called the ‘Sri Harmandir Sahib Temple,’ start your day with blessings at this holy place in Amritsar. Here you can have as much peace and serenity as you want. You can definitely taste the ‘Langar’ here. Inside the Golden Temple, we will also visit the ‘Akal Takht,’ which is referred to as ‘the throne of the timeless one.’ At about noon, we leave for the famous ‘Gobindagarh Fort,’ historical fort built by Gujar Singh. Grab a lunch while returning. Post this we leave for ‘Wagah Border,’ around late afternoon to witness the ‘Retreat’ ceremony during sunset. You can also witness the epic flag lowering ceremony at the end of the day at this India-Pakistan border. We head back to Amritsar.
